• Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you receive your sauna to initiate a return.
• Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the sauna should be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and manuals. We understand that you’ll need to assemble and try it out, so minor wear and tear is acceptable.
• Assembly: If you’ve already assembled your sauna, that’s perfectly fine! Just disassemble it carefully and repackage it securely.
• Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we appreciate you cleaning the sauna before returning it.

1. Contact Us: Email our friendly customer support team at support@zafrona.store or call us at +1 (435) 512-8579 (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST). Let us know you’d like to return your sauna and tell us the reason (optional, but helpful!).
2. Receive Return Label: We’ll email you a pre-paid return shipping label. No need to worry about shipping costs – it’s on us! 🎉
3. Pack Securely: Carefully repackage your sauna in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, use sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Attach Label & Ship: Print the return label and attach it securely to the package. Drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location (e.g., FedEx, UPS).
5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned sauna, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

Refund Methods and Timeframes ⏱️

We process refunds quickly and efficiently. Here’s what you can expect:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned sauna for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. We’ll do our best to make it even faster!
• Communication: We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Effortless Exchanges: Size, Color, or Style Changes 🔄

Need a different size, color, or even a different style of sauna? We’ve got you covered! Exchanges are easy and hassle-free.

• Exchange Process: We’ll arrange for the return of your original sauna (using our free return shipping label) and ship out your new sauna once the original is received and inspected.
• Price Differences: If the new sauna has a different price, we’ll either refund the difference or charge you the additional amount.

FREE Return Shipping: It’s On Us! 🚚

We believe that returns should be easy and cost-free. That’s why we provide FREE return shipping labels for all eligible returns within the 30-day return period. No hidden fees, no surprises! We want you to feel completely comfortable trying our saunas risk-free.

Damaged or Defective Items 💔

We take great care in packaging our saunas to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at support@zafrona.store or +1 (435) 512-8579. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

• Photos/Videos: Please provide photos or videos of the damage or defect to help us assess the situation.
• Resolution: We’ll arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and ship out a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items 🚫

While we strive to accommodate all returns, certain items are non-returnable:

• Saunas Damaged by Misuse: Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible for return.
• Customized Saunas: Customized or personalized saunas are non-returnable unless they are defective.
• Clearance Items: Clearance items marked as “final sale” are non-returnable.

International Returns (Currently Not Supported) 🌎
